Also called "Man with the Flat Hat". Only two casts are known. One is on the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria’s "Board of Ten". “Sacerdos” refers to priest or priestly, but in a somewhat pejorative way. Adjective “sacerdotal” suggests “claiming excessive authority for the priesthood”, OED. Sacerdotalism: “priest-ridden state”. Therefore, at the very least, pompous in the role.
